GINGA | Project Submissions

Hi, thank you so much for thinking of sharing your project with Ginga!

We're excited to read it, but first, a few notes:

  • We may take a while to respond about our interest or to schedule a chat, given the high volume of submissions, but a reply will come :)
  • We suggest that all projects be registered with the Biblioteca Nacional. We will not appropriate any material submitted through this platform, but we are also not liable if we already have projects with similarities.
  • If you're sending us longer materials such as full scripts or bibles, please also send leaner materials — like one pagers. That way we can guarantee a faster response about our interest.

Project Submission Terms

By submitting this form, you declare that you are aware of and agree to the following terms:

i) Ginga Pictures receives projects on a non-exclusive and non-confidential basis. Submitting any material does not establish a contractual, corporate, representation, or partnership relationship between the proponent and the company.

ii) Ginga Pictures is not liable for any similarities between submitted materials and projects already in development, in production, or later developed by the company or by third parties. Ideas, concepts, themes, formats, and creative elements may coincide independently, without that constituting improper use.

iii) We recommend that the proponent take the legal measures necessary to protect their work, including, but not limited to, registration with the Biblioteca Nacional or other competent bodies, before submitting the material.

iv) By submitting your project, you declare that you are the holder of the rights over the submitted content or duly authorized to share it, releasing Ginga Pictures from any liability related to copyright or third-party rights.

v) Submitting the project does not imply any obligation of review, response, development, acquisition, or any kind of compensation on the part of Ginga Pictures.
