What is not permitted
Reproducing, mirroring, scraping or republishing this website in whole or in part; copying its design, layout or source code to build another site; using its text, photography or video in any other medium; using the Ginga Pictures name, logo or client references in a way that suggests association or endorsement; and automated collection of its content, including for training datasets, without prior written permission.
Project submissions
Material sent through the submission form is received for evaluation only. Sending it creates no obligation of confidentiality, no partnership and no compensation, and does not transfer rights in either direction. Ginga Pictures develops and produces its own work and may independently pursue ideas that resemble a submission. Do not send material you are not authorised to share.
Enforcement
Ginga Pictures monitors for unauthorised reproduction of this site and will pursue removal through hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines and platforms, as well as any further remedy available by law.
